Day 1

ARRIVAL IN DUBROVNIK
  • On arrival, Destinos Golf Representative will meet and greet you at the Dubrovnik airport
  • Pick up and transfer to hotel
  • Jetlag recovery day. Relax and get ready to discover Croatia and Slovenia from next day
  • Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 2

SIGHTSEEING IN DUBROVNIK
  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Step out for half day sightseeing in our comfortable air conditioned vehicle
  • Sightseeing highlights would be- Stari Grad (Dubrovnik's compact Old Town), Franciscan Monastery, Rector's Palace and take a walk along the City Walls.
  • Evening is free for you to walk around at leisure.
  • Overnight Stay at Hotel

Day 3

SIGHTSEEING IN DUBROVNIK
  • Breakfast at Hotel and get ready for sightseeing
  • Travel by boat to the Island of Lokrum, located on the coast of Dubrovnik's old town
  • Explore Lokrum
  • Today sightseeing highlights would be- Mediterranean plants in the botanical garden, golden sandy beaches, ruins of an old Benedictine monastery, Napoleon's fortress and many more
  • Return by boat to Dubrovnik at around lunchtime.
  • Post lunch afternoon and evening are at leisure
  • Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 4

DUBROVNIK – SPLIT – TROGIR – ZADAR
  • After breakfast checkout from the hotel
  • Drive to Zadar, making a few interesting stops on the way
  • First stop is seafood lunch stop at the town of Mali Ston
  • Continue to Split for sightseeing
  • In the afternoon you will visit Kastel Luksic's 16th-Century Castle and take a drive to the town of Trogir.
  • Arrival in Zadar in the evening and check into hotel
  • Highlights of today sightseeing would be- stone houses, churches, narrow alleys and lanes around the town’s old walls of Dubrovnik, Diocletian's Palace and pre-Romanesque churches in Split, Kastel Luksic's 16th-Century Castle and the Cathedral in Trogir
  • Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 5

ZADAR – PLITVICE NATIONAL PARK – ZAGREB
  • The morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer for sightseeing
  • Sightseeing highlights would be- Donatus'Church, Romanesque St. Grisigono's Church, St. Mary's bell tower, St. Anastasia's Cathedral, the People's Square, the Gold and Silver Museum and many more
  • After lunch, transfer to visit one of Croatia's most beautiful sites – Plitvice Lakes National Park
  • Afterward, transfer to Zagreb for overnight
  • Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 6

ZAGREB – OTOCEC (GOLF COURSE OTOCEC) – KOSTANJEVICA – BLED
  • After breakfastcheck out from hotel and proceed for sightseeing
  • In the noon continue to Slovenia for a round of golf at Otocec Golf Course
  • Tee off at Otocec Golf Course
  • After a round of golf drive to Bled
  • Arrival in Bled and check into hotel
  • Today sightseeing highlights would be- Kaptol, Church of St Marko, the baroque church of St. Catherine, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and the Parliament with the Government Palace, 19th century National Theatre, Museum of Arts & Crafts, the University and the beautiful Zrinjevac Park with its numerous elaborate Secession (Art Nouveau) buildings, Otocec Castle, the river Krka, the wooden bridges, the cave Kostanjevica, the Cistercian monastery, the forest Krakov, the oak Cvelbarjevgrast, the hills Gorjanci, the gallery Bozidar Jakac, the elementary school with its gallery activity, the mansion Kostanjevica, the vineyard cottages, cvicek, etc.

Day 7

BLED – KING'S COURSE AT ROYAL BLED
  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Lunch at a local restaurant and then embark on some sightseeing
  • Afternoon, transfer to Royal Bled Golf Course.
  • Tee off at Royal Bled Golf Course
  • After game transfer back to Bled
  • Sightseeing highlights would be- Old Bled Castle, Pletna boat ride, Lake Bled, St Mary's Church and many more
  • Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 8

BLED – GORISKA BRDA – PORTOROZ
  • Breakfast at hotel, get ready to check out from hotel and explore next destination
  • First explore wine regions in Slovenia bordering Italy – GoriskaBrda
  • Pass the coastal towns of Koper, Izola and Portoroz to reach the Slovenian coast – Piran
  • Arrive in Portoroz
  • Check in to hotel
  • Overnight stay at hotel

Day 9

PORTOROZ – POSTOJNA CAVE & PREDJAMA CASTLE – LJUBLJANA
  • Early morning breakfast at Hotel and departure for Postojna
  • Sightseeing in Postojna
  • Continue travel to LJUBLJANA
  • Check in to hotel
  • Today sightseeing highlights would be- Postojna Cave, Predjama castle, village of Predjama and many more
  • Overnight stay at hotel

Day 10

LJUBLJANA – CUBO DINERS GOLF COURSE
  • After breakfast, transfer to Cubo Diners Golf Course.
  • Tee off at Cubo Diners Golf Course
  • After golf, transfer back to Ljubljana
  • Overnight at hotel

Day 11

LJUBLJANA – ARBORETUM GOLF COURSE – AIRPORT LJUBLJANA
  • After breakfast transfer to Arboretum Golf Course.
  • After play transfer to the airport for your international flight back home
